ELIGIBLE STUDENTS:

• 24 Max

• Students must receive at least one overall superior rating at the district festival

  • If not enough superior ratings are received, you may choose your highest scoring Excellent ratings (Nothing less than an excellent)

• Any other requirements are up to the director’s discretion.

DEADLINES:

• October 20

  • All schools must send all down payments (1 night for each hotel room you are booking) for the hotel to NFMHS, postmarked by October 20

  • Workshop/Tickets booked and paid for if paying with a school check

    • Each school will be purchasing its own online within your own platform. You will receive an e-mail from our Disney representative when it’s time for this.

• December 8

  • All schools must send all final payments for the hotel to NFMHS, postmarked by December 8

  • Deadline to cancel rooms for a full refund of the deposit amount

    • Update all information on the shared Google Sheet

  • Any school doing a performance must submit its stage plot and song list.

BUDGET:

• Hotel = 

  • Disney’s Pop Century Resort

  • $160 total per night

  • All rooms sleep 4

• Performance and workshop

  • 1-day park ticket plus performance and workshop = $174 or $76 for pass holders

  • 2-day park ticket plus performance and workshop = $242 or $76 for pass holders

• Workshop only

  • 1-day park ticket plus workshop = $152 or $38 for pass holders

  • 2-day park ticket plus workshop = $220 or $38 for pass holders

• Transportation (We could combine schools to fill buses and make this more cost-effective)

  • You MUST pay for the bus driver’s room as the bus has to stay with us the entire trip

  • Chaperones/directors = all of the above costs, except you, will receive 1 free park ticket per 10 park tickets purchased. 

    • MBI - 56 seat busses ($6,450 4-night, $5,300 - 3 night + drivers room)

• Parking

  • Parking is now free at all hotels.
